At Active Print, we work hard to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Below, you'll find our shipping times and costs:

🚚 Shipping Times:

  • United States: 3 to 5 business days.

  • International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days.

📦 Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

📍 Important Information:

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every product you purchase from Active Print, but if you're not completely satisfied, here is our return policy:

🔄 Return Window:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

📌 Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

💳 Refunds:

  • Once we receive and approve your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
